Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong computer and data entry skills and the ability to multitask effectively. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help support operations at both of our locations and will work several days at location of 51st Ave and 101 North and several days at location of 43rd Ave and Peoria.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Effectively resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Accurately enter and maintain data records.
Provide information on products and services to support customer needs.
Work with team members to improve service standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in computer use and data entry.
Excellent communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
