Your Role and Responsibilities

Enter information into our loan servicing system (MegaSys/Omega)
Assign vehicles out for repossession via RDN (basic data entry task)
Contact repossession companies to verify status of outstanding orders (by phone)
Track vehicles via various GPS tracker company portals
Quantify/monitor performance metrics from excel files
Work with various internal sub-departments in the entire company
NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE NEEDED WE WILL TRAIN
Location and Shift Info
This position is based in Van Nuys, CA w/ a schedule of Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
Compensation and Benefits
$18 - $20 per hour depending on experience

Position Requirements
Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask.
Must be a "go getter" with a "can do attitude"
Must have data entry/computer/basic phone skills
Outstanding attendance record
Working knowledge of internet and related applications
High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
Experience w/ MegaSys/Omega and RDN a plus (BUT definitely not a must)
Previous experience in the auto (finance) industry
