Porter/Maintenance (Metro Atlanta)

We are currently looking to add a maintenance tech to our team. We service properties all around the Metro Atlanta area with contracts for day trash porters and parking lot sweeping/cleaning. We are looking for a multipurpose utility employee who we could have service a couple of properties in the morning but be able to complete miscellaneous work orders at properties throughout the portfolio. This is a full-time W2 position. Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance are required. There will be compensation for your vehicle/gas as well. If you have a pickup truck that is even better. Our office is based in Roswell and the couple of properties that we would like you to service are near our office. We would like this to eventually evolve into a full-time Maintenance technician / building engineer role. Any experience with building systems, maintenance, handyman work, etc. are strongly encouraged to apply.
