Bar None Creations, operates three bars in downtown Orlando, is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Barbacks. If you're passionate about the hospitality industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders with the setup, service, and breakdown of bars during events.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies such as beverages, garnishes, and utensils as needed.

Glassware Maintenance: Ensure clean and polished glassware is readily available for bartenders throughout each event.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests by assisting with inquiries, refilling water, and delivering orders.

Bar Maintenance: Keep bar areas clean and organized during events, including wiping down surfaces, disposing of waste, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

Previous Experience: While prior experience as a Barback is preferred, we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Attention to Detail: Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Legal Requirements: Must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in the United States.
