Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians!

Are you skilled with: interior /exterior painting, appliance repair, apartment turns/make ready work, maintenance service requests, troubleshooting repair issues, installing locks/making keys, daily upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators? If so, we want you to join our team!

Experience in the apartment industry is a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Must have reliable transportation as this employment opportunity will assist several properties in Jesup and Hinesville.
