Looking for a Personal Assistant/Mother's Helper - NYU students/others

I am looking for an organized and punctual Personal Assistant (a busy mother's helper) on part-time basis, particularly over the weekends and some after-school hours. The job is mostly in-person. Location is Union Square, which is very close to NYU, students are welcome. Please email resumes if you are interested, serious enquiries only. References are required prior to starting the job.

Jobs include:

Chaperone the children to/from destinations (they don't need babysitting, but need someone to ride the subway/walk with)

Making appointments and reservations

Researching and ordering items online

Liaison with children's school and extra curricular programs and tutors

Accompanying children to various appointments (dentists, haircuts etc)

Running errands (shipping packages, returns etc)

Excel Spreadsheet organization for personal and work tasks

Household tasks (organize appetizers/drinks for guests, handle packages, build furniture etc) excluding housekeeping

Other random tasks that come up, such as organizing movers, accompanying employer to work engagements etc.
