Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Controller in HILLSBORO, Oregon. This role is primarily within the accounting industry, where you will be tasked with managing projects, updating fiscal policies and procedures, and overseeing accounting functions. This position is perfect for those experienced in accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage various accounting and financial projects Utilize your background in accounting to provide comprehensive support to the team Leverage your expertise in GAAP and controller experience to ensure best practices Write and revise fiscal policies and procedures, providing official documentation Implement and manage accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning solutions Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Manage and oversee budget processes, ensuring financial stability Create and maintain technical documents and project status reports Train and share knowledge with team members to improve overall efficiency and understanding of accounting functions. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) procedures Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Capability to implement ERP Solutions Mastery of all Accounting Functions Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Auditing Understanding of Budget Processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
