Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician
As a guide Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and guide in fire alarm field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex fire alarm projects, providing technical expertise and facilitating to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our El Paso, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our fire alarm field service operations. You will be accountable for guiding a team of technicians, providing guidance and facilitating to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our service processes. Guide and manage a team of fire alarm technicians to provide advanced field service facilitate for fire alarm projects
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex fire alarm issues
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in fire alarm field service or related roles
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire alarm systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and people-oriented skills
Must be able to travel out of town most of the work is in the South east corner of New Mexico.
Must have current FAL and ES3J to work in Texas and New Mexico
Must have extensive knowledge of programming Fire Alarm Panels of all different manufacturers types
