Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a focus on Customer Service in Miami, Florida. This role is primarily within the industry, where you will be tasked with executing a variety of tasks related to customer service and sales. This role will be based in a dynamic workplace environment where you will be handling numerous office functions, data processing tasks, and customer interactions.Responsibilities: Accurately key in customer and salesperson orders into the SAP S/4HANA system for order entry Provide essential information to all customers, including sales history, pricing, delivery information, and collection Update customer master record information regularly and accurately Handle customer and salesperson pick-ups, ensuring a smooth process Make determinations on Hold Items for Sales Division, obtaining necessary approval for releasing items for delivery Maintain effective communication throughout all stages of order fulfilment, including order entry, data processing, warehouse picking, and customer pick-up/delivery Work closely with internal customers (sales personnel) to communicate the status of their order fulfilment, offering alternative solutions when faced with issues such as permit restrictions, credit restrictions, and out of stock situations Execute confident calls to account contacts, discussing sales history, promotional items, and/or new items Ensure special attention to detail for high profile/high volume accounts, providing the level of service those accounts require and expect. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Familiarity with Office Functions, demonstrating efficiency and organization Knowledge of Pricing strategies and Collection Processes Understanding of Credit management and the ability to execute financial transactions accurately Proficiency in using Video tools for remote communication and meetings Experience in Order Entry and managing Customer Accounts Willingness to provide Onsite support when required Familiarity with Templates, ProFile, and other data processing tools Experience in Data Processing, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively with Internal Customers, fostering positive relationships within the company Experience in Order Fulfillment, ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner Knowledge of Promotional Items and their effective use in sales and marketing Understanding of the need for Proper Approval in all transactions and actions Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to navigate and use the system effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
