Plumbing maintenance for a Property Management Co

Looking for an immediate well rounded handyman to provide maintenance plumbing for drains and other repairs in the make ready or for work order request for residential properties. Single family homes, Must have tools a handling daily work orders with knowledge and experience in plumbing (fix a leaking dishwasher or to install dishwasher and all plumbing or installing a hot water tank/ relight pilots). Be able to unclog drains, change out toilets, sinks, valves, shower assemblies, change from copper to pex if needed, Fix all types of leaks, replace water heater, relight water heater and install appliances, dishwasher

3 days a week more as needed

Starting pay is $20-$25 depending on experience

MUST have a VALID driver's license
