The Field Marketing Manager will develop and implement regional marketing programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a dynamic, creative, and resourceful individual who manages multiple projects, collaborates with the sales team, and delivers impactful marketing campaigns and activations that drive demand and support revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development & Execution:

Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and localized digital marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement lead-generation activities, such as email marketing, direct mail, and promotional offers.

Social Media Management:

Handle daily content publishing and engagement across platforms (social media) and track content performance to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Utilize HubSpot:

To create, manage, and optimize campaigns, including audience segmentation, email marketing, landing pages, and automation workflows.

Sales Support:

Develop materials, tools, and resources that support sales efforts in the field by working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Provide regular updates on campaign performance, leveraging HubSpot reports and dashboards to share insights and optimize strategies.

Client Gifting and Swag:

Responsible for developing a gifting program for existing and prospective clients for holidays and other celebrations in addition to maintaining promo items for tradeshows and events.

Event Management:

Plan and manage calendar of events and sponsorships, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Coordinate post-event follow-up, including lead nurturing and tracking event ROI.

Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.

Track and report on spending, ensuring that programs are within budget and financial guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 5 years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles.Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HubSpot, with experience in campaign setup, automation, and reporting; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.Candidates may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors seeking personal information.
