AEROLAB LLC, established 1947, specializes in the design and production of wind tunnels and wind-tunnel related instrumentation and support equipment. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for the Operations Department.
Position Qualifications:
Outstanding customer relationship skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
Manages effective organization and prioritization skills
Understands and is able to apply an appropriate sense of urgency
Positive team interface and interpersonal skills
Confident in expressing ideas in a clear and concise manner
Proactive personal management; able to look ahead and apply planning skills
Microsoft Office experience is a must
Quick Books experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, vendors, and other office visitors upon arrival and ensure their time in the office is cared for.
Set up conference rooms as needed and maintain conference room meeting schedule
Check main voice mail for messages and facilitate accordingly
Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate person
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Cross train with the Shipping Logistics Specialist
Ordering materials for jobs and office
Record retention
Send out quotes and follow up
Follow up on Estimates to creates sales
Provide administrative and clerical support, as needed to other departments
Support the Controller, as needed
Starting @ $15.00 per hour
20 - 30 hours a week
Possibility to turn into a full-time position in the future
