Candidates must reside within commutable distance of an Aetna/CVS office location.The Senior Manager of Provider Sales is responsible for defining and executing sales programs that drive growth and enhance relationships within the Medicare provider sector. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, market dynamics, and the ability to support sales approaches tailored to diverse provider growth needs.Responsibilities:

Participate in development, lead implementation, and refine comprehensive sales programs aimed at expanding market share within the Medicare provider space.

Analyze program trends, performance, and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Establish and support performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to adjust programs as necessary.

Support the sales team through training and development programs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value-providers, to facilitate feedback and adapt programs to meet evolving market demands.

Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure alignment between sales programs and production.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales strategy or business development within the healthcare or insurance sectors, with a proven track record of success.

Medicare experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and building lasting partnerships.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
