Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee both our inside office staff and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial to maintaining the accuracy of job responsibilities and inventory management, as well as supporting overall company goals. An accounting background is a plus, as the Operations Manager will also help ensure financial records and reporting are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office and warehouse teams, ensuring job responsibilities are performed properly and efficiently.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock is accurate and up to date.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Assist with accounting tasks, including reviewing financial records and ensuring accuracy in billing and inventory-related reporting.

Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide training and support to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.

Familiarity with inventory management and office administration.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
