Porter Position (P/T)

Clean Windows (both buildings) - weekly

Keep Landscaping clean

Clean sidewalks & gutters in front of all buildings

Water landscaping (as needed)

Wash down sidewalks weekly

Maintain warehouse floors (sweeping)

Keep warehouse clean and organized

Handle all trash issues (dumpster pickups, emptying trash)

Organize shipping department / Storage

Maintain floors in all buildings (sweeping, mop & buffing)

Maintain rear yard (weeds, trash, etc)

Assist with moving large items for retail store

Assist construction team with general cleanup (onsite with required)

Parts Runner (pickup materials or items as needed)

This is a part time position that has opportunities to grow into full time.

Must be able to work from 5pm - 11pm one Saturday per month for festival (onsite)

Starting pay 16.50 – 17.50 per hour

Must have valid drivers license

Speak and write English

Maintenance skills a plus.
