Fence Construction - Helper Wanted (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Job Description:

- Assist in fence construction and installation tasks under the guidance of our experienced team members.

- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for each project to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication, and a willingness to learn from our experienced professionals.

- Work in shop in cleaning and organizing.

Qualifications:

- 1-year recommended in fencing industry however no prior experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate!

- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy materials, maintaining a focus on safety at all times.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not mandatory.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Payment

- Starting $18/hr with room to grow. If you are also a welder, starting pay is bumped to $20/hr)

- Welders will be tested before consideration of getting the position

- MANY Opportunities to work Prevailing Wage jobs ($70/hr)

- Must attend 1-day safety class
