Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant, bilingual in Chinese and English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This individual will assist in administrative tasks, customer service, and general office organization.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls, emails and direct to appropriate staff.

Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

File and organize office documents, both physical and electronic.

Maintain and order office supplies as needed.

Ensure office/warehouse equipment is functioning and report issues for maintenance.

Process and file documents, invoices and vendor statements.

Create bill of landing for LTL shipments and follow up status.

Provide assistance to various departments with special projects and assignments.

Support event coordination for company and team-building activities.

Ensure a clean, organized and professional office environment.

Qualification / Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

Experience: Customer service, prior office or administrative experience is preferred.

Language: Bilingual in Chinese

Skills:

Ability to work independently with strong multi-task skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook)

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.

Salary / Benefit:

Full time with 40 hours a week

$20-22 per hour
