Responsibilities:

Complete finish carpentry tasks to a high standard

Address and resolve punch list items promptly

Work closely with team members to meet project timelines

Ensure quality control on all aspects of finishing work

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry and finish work

Adaptability in various construction trades

Must have your own tools

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong problem-solving skills
