Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist - Ticket Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission by connecting daily with qualified leads to promote and sell tickets to our exclusive events. This role offers extensive daily training, continuous development programs, and a high volume of warm leads to work with, making it ideal for sales professionals hungry for uncapped earning potential and clear growth pathways. Our top performers consistently achieve high earnings through our competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities:

Make 300+ outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by our system

Connect with potential clients, build rapport, and showcase the value of our events

Drive ticket sales for events with prices ranging from $500 to $5,000+

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Represent Event Sales Agency’s core values by delivering exceptional service, upholding ethical standards, and embracing a “do-whatever-it-takes” attitude

Requirements:

Proven experience in high-performance sales roles (inside or outside sales in industries like solar, automotive, door-to-door, etc.)

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Self-motivated, humble, and driven to exceed targets independently

Available to work in-office full-time: Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends for events
