Resturant Supervisor Needed ASAP

Supervisor to manage front of the house and back of the house. Must be able to cook, plate dishes and complete basic food prepping tasks for a small but fast-past Italian Beef and Philly Cheese Steak restaurant. We are looking for candidates who are specifically experienced in the food service management. Preparation of Philly Cheese Steaks and Italian Beefs, as our store specializes in these two items.

The main duties include opening and closing the store, managing front and back of the house, when needed preparing, roasting beef and cooking food, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked during and at end of shift. In addition, Cook should also be skilled in the areas listed below

Safe food and knife handling.

High attention to detail and Recipe Consistency.

Expertise in seasoning, garnishing, and creative cooking.

High-volume, fast-paced work ethic.

Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.

Team player with excellent communication.
