$19-$23+/hr ($17/hr + TIPS) - The Labor District Cafe - Food Service

The Labor District Café is looking for a friendly & hard-working member to join our team!

+ No nights or weekends!

+ Starting pay at $17/hr PLUS Tips (additional $2-$4.50 more per hour on average minimum, employees all share in pooled tips for in-store & catering)

+ 30-40 hour work week

+ Consistent schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm (approx.)

Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting

+ Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.

+ Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

+ Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.

+ Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.

+ Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.

+ Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
