Requirements:
- 5+ years of culinary experience in a management position at well-known Boston institutions focusing on sustainable food, seafood, plating, volume
- Proven track record of handling high-volume but also consistency, attention to detail, elevated cuisine
- Ability to manage 30+ BOH team members with the Executive Chef
- Local candidates
