CUSTOMER SERVICE-AUTOMOTIVE
- Professionally Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Type accurate and detailed service orders based on customer requests and vehicle issues
- Communicate with shop manager and technicians to ensure proper understanding of customer concerns
- Provide given estimates from sales manager for automotive repairs and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process
Requirements:
- Professionalism & Customer Service is TOP PRIORITY
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field strongly preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures strongly preferred
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and industry standards strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping (45 WPM)
