Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, for a Portfolio Manager within the real estate industry. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for optimizing the performance of real estate assets and ensuring alignment with investment objectives. Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of real estate assets to ensure it aligns with set investment objectives Conduct extensive financial analysis and track property performance Provide intricate reporting on cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections Collaborate with property managers to ensure efficient operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Develop and implement asset management strategies, including acquisition, disposition, and capital improvements to increase property value Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements Create and track team’s KPI’s using Excel and provide tailored analysis based on reporting Maximize returns by optimizing the performance of real estate assets Coordinate with property managers to ensure effective day-to-day operations Use Excel to create and track team’s KPI’s and provide tailored analysis based on reporting. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a Portfolio Manager role or similar position. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Asset Management. Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate practices. Capability to analyze and interpret financial data. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Robust decision-making abilities and leadership qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Comprehensive understanding of market trends and investment strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations.
