Part Time Handyman for Apartment Building

Seeking a part time handyman who can be on call for simple maintenance repairs, lockouts, and on site response for a small building in Brooklyn.

Applicant must be responsible, have basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical, and must be available to be on-call for emergency response as needed.

This is a part time, on call position. Compensation is negotiable.
