Qualifications:
- Capable of delivering superior customer service.
- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
- Strong interpersonal skills (including telephone skills), ability to sell, neat appearance and a commitment to success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations to accommodate member’s needs.
- Sales experience of any kind that you enjoyed.
- Basic computer aptitude.
- CPR certified.
Reports to: Site Manager
Essential job functions:
Member Services:
- Control club access.
- Greet members and guests by name.
- Answer phone within 3 rings with proper greeting and tone.
- Process payments for membership, products and services.
- Schedule activities, lessons, and services as needed.
- Prepared to inform members and guests of HealthSPORT’s programs and activities as needed.
- Perform housekeeping duties as scheduled.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures for your safety and for the safety of our members.
- Communicate problems or suggestions to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Respond to all email communications within 48 hours.
Sales:
- Sell memberships and services.
- Process payments for membership, products and services.
- Prospect follow up and relationship building.
- Schedule activities, lessons, and services as needed.
- Communicate problems or suggestions to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Respond to all email communications within 48 hours.
- Meeting goals and tracking your sales results.
- Recording your sales accurately in the member software.
- Represent HealthSPORT in outside activities such as Health Fairs.
Position status: Non-exempt, Part-time Schedule FRI, SAT, SUN, and MON (approx. 20 hours per week).
