Mix Downtown, a vibrant and energetic rooftop lounge and dance club, is currently seeking Security/Door Hosts to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and ready to contribute to the overall safety and welcoming atmosphere of our venue.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and ensure a smooth entry process

- Monitor and verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions

- Maintain a friendly, approachable presence while handling security matters

- Ensure a safe, secure, and fun environment for all patrons

- Communicate effectively with guests and security team

- Enforce venue policies and handle any potential issues or conflicts in a calm and professional manner

- Prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred

- Must be 21 years or older

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy situations

- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations quickly

- Ability to work late-night and weekend shifts

- Must be physically fit and able to handle standing for long periods
