Construction Worker(s) Needed

Well established commercial property development company looking for individual(s) to join its construction team. Work will be on both existing and new commercial and residential buildings in San Luis Obispo County. Work will involve interior demolition, tenant improvement(s) on existing structures and the ground up development of new industrial buildings. The work will expose hired personnel to all facets of commercial construction including concrete, framing, insulation, drywall, plumbing (rough/finish), electrical (rough/finish), paint, and finish carpentry. This position may also include landscape installation/maintenance and general building maintenance.

Basic requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Prefer 2 years construction experience, but all candidates considered

Must have current drivers license and clean DMV record (Company Vehicles will be used by Employee)

Must be able to communicate in English

Work 40 hours per week

Compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements

We offer a benefits package (401(k)/Company Profit Share) after a probationary period

Hourly wage to be $18 - $25 based on experience and qualifications.
