Trailer Mechanic

Job Summary:

Looking for a Heavy Duty trailer mechanic with experience changing tires and performing/signing off BIT inspections.

General idea of responsibilities:

Tires! Tires! Tires!

Perform preventive maintenance on trailers. (BIT)

Responsible to inspect and fix any BIT issues.

General wiring understanding.

Tarp installation/repairs

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a valid CDL

Physical effort is required to move objects and service-related tools that may weigh up to 75 pounds; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling are required to service and repair equipment

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Bonus:

Perform repairs on various types of equipment (Komatsu/JDeere/CAT)

Welding

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment

Wage will be determined by experience. Rooms available to rent during work week.
