Call Center Specialist - Hybrid Remote

Local non-profit organization is looking for Call Center Specialists who will deliver high quality referral services to members of the community. Training will be in office for 1 month and then will be required to working office 2 times a week. Days working in office are flexible. Pay rate starts at $16.50/hour but does have the potential to increase to $17.00/hour after 30 days. Position requires availability on 1 weekend day each week, your choice.

Available Shifts: 11:00am-7:30pm, 11:30pm-8:00pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality, multidimensional information and assistance services to contacts from multiple counties.

Use multiple programs and databases for resource searches, information collection and application assistance.

Help each contact identify their health and human service needs.

Active participant in keeping resource database updated with accurate information about community resources.

Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Extended hours as needed in times of disaster in any county served.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service, call center, health care or administrative type of role

Bilingual in Spanish
