We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Flooring Installation Technician. While prior flooring experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various flooring types (carpet,Lvt,etc.)

Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure quality work.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

Prior flooring experience preferred, but not required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to job sites daily.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Compensation:

Daily pay based on experience level.
