Our client in Herndon VA is immediately hiring for a HRBP to join their team. This is a full time permanent role and will pay based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Requirements

2+ years of human resources experience required.

Employee Relations experience required.

Experienced with HRIS system (UKG/Ultipro experience a plus).

Excellent and written communication skills.

High attention to detail.

Job Description:

Work with the Human Resources Director to provide full HR lifecycle support to non-union managers and employees.

Maintain positive employee relations.

Manage performance and Interpret policy.

Manage internal investigations.

Administer and advise on compensation decisions.

Ensure compliance with company values, HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while meeting the needs of employees and managers.
