We are looking for someone to add to the maintenance team to assist in unit turnover,work orders, and renovations.

We are specifically looking for someone with the following skills:

Electrical exp

Framing

Flooring

Plumbing

Must have valid drivers license

Must have mobile home maintenance experience

Must have reliable transportation

And tools
