Description Our client, a leading national wall and ceiling contractor, is seeking a Back Office Operations Specialist who will work with the VP of Operations to coordinate activities critical to the ongoing operation of the company, assist in administration of important software platforms, and serve as a liaison to users in the office and on job sites.This person should have solid experience in contractor back-office functions including construction accounting, project management, payroll, vendor interaction, and facility with data manipulation. The job centers around administration of the company’s accounting and ERP platform (STRUCTURE made by CF Data Systems), including formalizing and documenting existing processes, and coordinating workflow across multiple regional offices. Responsibilities include coordination of issues involved with internal systems for bid tracking, real-time job costing, mobile change order ticketing and proposal management, and 3rd party applications such as Docusign, Application Xtender, Quick Bid, PlanGrid, and Procore.
