Moving out of a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment with balcony. Apartment has been well kept, but it will need a thorough clean at move out and we won't have time. Carpet does not need to be cleaned or vacuumed. Willing to pay up to $300. Date and time may be flexible if needed.
