Maintenance Coordinator/Dispatcher

Commercial Property Management firm has immediate opening for a Maintenance Coordinator / Dispatcher. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility on this schedule), entry level position with opportunity to grow. This position is a part of our frontline support and has interactions with tenants, owners, and vendors.

Eligibility Qualifications and Experience

1. Must be detailed oriented.

2. Be a self-starter, intuitive thinker, and strong communicator (verbal & written).

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Able to take direction, communicate effectively and professionally

5. Must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to problem solve and multi-task

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with or without supervision

7. Able to handle distraction and resume work with little downtime

8. Prior experience in customer service is necessary.

9. Bilingual skills are a plus.

10. Prior experience with bookkeeping or dispatching is a plus

Essential Functions

Front desk coverage

Answering multiline phone system and directing incoming calls

Creating, dispatching and tracking service requests for HVAC, electrical, general maintenance, signs and

landscaping issues.

Assist with digital archiving documents and record keeping
