Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vinyl Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fence installation or related construction fields, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Vinyl Fence Installer, you will be responsible for planning, measuring, and installing vinyl fencing on various residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. All tools and equipment necessary for the job will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Preparation:

Review blueprints, plans, and customer requirements for fence installation projects.

Perform site assessments to determine measurements, ground conditions, and material needs.

Clear and level the ground for fence installation, ensuring proper alignment and grading.

Fence Installation:

Install vinyl fence posts, panels, gates, and related hardware.

Cut and fit vinyl materials to required dimensions using appropriate tools.

Ensure proper anchoring, spacing, and leveling for a secure and visually appealing fence.

Utilize tools such as drills, saws, post hole diggers, and concrete mixers (provided by the company).

Quality Assurance:

Inspect completed installations for alignment, stability, and overall quality.

Address any customer concerns or adjustments to meet project specifications.

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites.

Maintain and operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Teamwork and Communication:

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and expectations.
