Receptionist for a Home Health office
We are a dedicated home health agency looking for a compassionate and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing patient records
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
-Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or nursing school, and professional peers.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
