Customer Service Representative
We are a growing auto body shop looking for a customer service representative. No auto body experience, no problem! If you have a positive attitude and are open to learning, we will teach you the trade. You will be the first point of contact with customers. This is where the customer experience starts. We have competitive pay rates and the benefits are excellent. Skills needed for the role are as follows:
-Strong customer service skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Good computer skills
-Scheduling experience
-Accounts receivable experience
-Data entry
-Office supply management
-Provide administrative support and take on various ad-hoc tasks to assist with day-to-day operations
-Willing to help with any needs at the shop
-Team player
