Logistics and Production Supervisor

Pay: $28 - $35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Overview:

Sinister Diesel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics and Production Supervisor to oversee both our shipping and assembly departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage daily workflows, and maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations in shipping and assembly departments to ensure efficient, on-time completion of all tasks.

Coordinate and prioritize production schedules and shipping logistics to meet deadlines.

Supervise and support team members, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.

Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to prevent delays or shortages.

Maintain and enforce quality control and safety standards across both departments.

Collaborate with other departments to align shipping and production goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, production, or a similar supervisory role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient computer skills are required; experience with NetSuite, Monday.com, and/or Excel is a significant plus.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
