LIVE-IN Caregiver/Direct Support Provider for 6 bed home in El Cajon

1. Assist with Daily Living Activities – Help residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

2. Mobility Support – Assist residents with walking, transfers, and movement throughout the facility.

3. Meal Assistance – Support residents with eating as needed and ensure meals meet any dietary restrictions.

4. Medication Reminders – Remind residents to take their medications on time (if Med Techs are not available to administer them).

5. Emotional Support – Provide companionship and engage residents in conversation and activities for mental well-being.

6. Monitor Health and Safety – Observe residents for any changes in health, report concerns to supervisors, and ensure a safe environment.

7. Light Housekeeping – Assist with keeping resident rooms tidy and clean.

8. Documentation – Record daily activities, any changes in behavior, and any assistance provided as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
