Line cook-Part time

Pasta Design makes craft pastas and sauces at the Liberty Public Market in Point Loma. We are located on 2820 Historic Decatur Rd.

We are looking for energetic individuals for our counter service fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Job will include prep and cooking pasta dishes to order.

We are looking for 2 line cooks to join the kitchen crew.

Part time positions:

- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 3.30pm to 8.30pm.

- Thursday and Friday from 3.30pm to 8.30pm and Saturday morning from 10am to 3.30pm.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations

Prep

Cook dishes to order

Follow health and safety guidelines

Keep the station clean

Deep cleaning at the end of the shift

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a cook (sauté station 1 year)

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Must have a work permit and have reliable transportation.
