We are seeking a passionate and energetic After School Bilingual Program Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have at least one year of dance , sewing arts and music. This role involves creating a fun and educational environment where students can develop their language skills and explore their love for dance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging dance activities in both Spanish and English.
- Incorporate dance routines and techniques into the program, ensuring students gain basic dance skills and confidence.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and program activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during program hours.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- At least one year of experience in dance instruction , arts, sewing arts, crafts ,or related activities.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative lesson plans and activities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the program schedule.
