Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a contract position for an Administrative Assistant in Chester, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be vital to the operations of a housing non-profit organization, where you will handle various administrative tasks ranging from tenant communication to database management. Responsibilities: Manage and update tenant records, ensuring accuracy at all times Conduct interviews with tenants for annual and interim recertifications and re-examinations Handle all forms of tenant communication such as answering phone calls and responding to emails Prepare and send letters to tenants, adhering to proper business formatting guidelines Obtain all necessary tenant certifications, authorizations, and 3rd party verifications Manage housing database and spreadsheet, ensuring all data entries are accurate and up to date Notify tenants of any changes in rent in a timely manner Keep tenant files updated, organized, and easily accessible Generate reports as needed Perform other related tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing tenant leases.Requirements Minimum of 2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy Ability to handle email correspondence in a timely manner Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Experience in property management is a plus Familiarity with tenant leases and related documentsPlease contact Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 about this opportunity and reference Job #03720-0013112801Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
