Patient Care Advocate

This role requires a highly motiväted individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on the dental implant treatments we offer
Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have inquired about our services
Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients and doctor(s)
Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards
Maintains professionalism and at the same time handle difficult situations, even under pressure
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize completing tasks.
Qualifications:
Self driven. Self motivated. Perseverent and action oriented to get the job done. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Experience with Dentrix preferred.
Must have an outgoing and confident approach
Experience using a tracking system
Daily preset consultation goals (warm leads provided)
This is a FULL TIME position
