The Data Center Operations team is responsible for managing and maintaining Apple’s fleet of world class mission critical Data Centers. These Data Centers provide stable and cost effective hosting services for Apple’s internal and external “High-demand” services to include Apple’s worldwide iCloud. Apple’s Data Center Operations team thrives with individuals that take pride in ownership of the services provided in our critical environments. We excel at actively leading and maintaining systems that expand our customer support capabilities. We are seeking an experience Training Program Manager who has excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.DescriptionIn this role as a Training Program Manager, you will understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient training program. Responsibilities Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Develop training curriculum to include manuals and on line courses that target tangible results. Implement effective and purposeful training methods. Effectively handle the training budget. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities. Effectively connect with te.am members, trainers and management. Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, lead and deliver training.Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience in training and program development management to include curriculum development, and on-line or in person training activities

Hands on experience using Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or similar

Proficiency with Mac OS applications such as Pages, Numbers, and Keynote

Ability to travel which may include international as well as domestic locations.

Ability to support occasional off hours/weekends

Key QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in training and program development management

Training experience for a critical environment

Familiar with traditional and modern training processes

Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Superb track record in developing and implementing successful training programs

Good organizational and time management skills
