Office Administrator Receptionist - Bilingual

We are looking for a strong outgoing, team player to handle the daily calls as well as other key functions at a daily office work. 20-59 Hours Weekly. few shifts possibility available. schedule TBD
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Filing
- Assisting the Manger, Sales team and customers
- Preparation of and sending out Mailings and FedEx packages to lenders
- Record keeping
- Ordering supplies
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as requested
Requirements:
- Professional & polished appearance (Business Casual dress code)
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual- English/Spanish is a plus
