Job Title: Boat Repair Technician (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Pay: $22 - $25 per hour to start

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on individual to join our team as a Boat Repair Technician. This role involves working primarily on sailboats, focusing on fiberglass repairs and applying high-quality Awlgrip two-part paints. While prior experience with these specific tasks is ideal, we are willing to train candidates who have a strong technical background and excellent craftsmanship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fiberglass repairs on boats, ensuring structural integrity and a smooth finish.
Prepare surfaces and apply two-part paints with precision and attention to detail.
Handle other general boat repair tasks as needed.
Work independently to complete projects to high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Technical or hands-on background in trades such as carpentry, fine painting, sheetrock, or similar fields.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in both Jersey City and Blairstown, NJ.
Previous experience with fiberglass and two-part paints is a plus but not required.
