Housekeeper Needed for Upscale Airbnb Property

We're looking for a new housekeeper to help keep everything in order at our high volume Airbnb in Corinth NY, catering to travelers visiting Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and Lake Luzurne. This property is active now, so

This is a part time year round position with consistent weekly pay.

Responsibilities include:

Changing Sheets & Pillow Cases

Making (7) Beds

Vacuuming

Mopping

Sweeping Stairs

Cleaning Counters

Cleaning Showers

Cleaning Toilets

Laundry (we have 2 washers 2 dryers on site)

Restocking Supplies (cleaning products, coffee, snacks, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)

Cleaning BBQ

Lawn and Yard Maintenance (mowing, weedwacking, cleaning fire pit)

Etc.

We like to offer warm and welcoming accommodations for our guests, so attention to detail is key. Experience is welcome, but we're happy to train the right person.

Turnovers take place between 11AM and 4PM Sundays through Friday - no Saturdays. Generally we'll see 2 or 3 turnovers per week.

We also do room rentals mixed with whole house rentals during the off season (November through February), which may require more frequent visits to the house to clean a room or two.

The property is a 7 bedroom 4 bathroom victorian, so this would be a good fit for a rockstar solo housekeeper, or share the responsibilities with a friend or family member.
