We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Anatoli 56. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

● Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience and build

customer loyalty.

● Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner.

Staff Management:

● Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.

● Conduct pre-shift meetings to set expectations, communicate important information, and boost

team morale.

● Foster a supportive and motivating work environment.

Financial Management:

● Oversee budgeting and cost management to ensure the restaurant operates within its financial

targets.

● Manage inventory accounting and control to minimize waste and cost.

● Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability.

Regulatory Compliance:

● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

● Stay updated on local and national regulations, ensuring the restaurant meets all legal

requirements.

Restaurant Operations:

● Supervise daily operations to maintain a seamless workflow and uphold a positive restaurant

culture.

● Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.

● Oversee the procurement and maintenance of restaurant equipment to ensure smooth

functioning.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of

goods and services.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.

● NYC Food Handlers License (required)

● Strong leadership and communication skills.

● Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.

● Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff.

● In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.

● Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
